Speaking Engagement Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in inviting The Rev. Sally G. Bingham to speak at your event. Please read the information below before submitting the online Speaking Engagement Request Form.

Honorarium & Expenses

As host, you agree to provide an honorarium and cover costs associated with travel to and from your event. Any honoraria Sally receives are used to support The Regeneration Project’s Interfaith Power & Light campaign.

We are particularly sensitive to the needs of nonprofit organizations and congregations with limited funds. Inability to pay the suggested honorarium should not discourage you from completing the attached forms. We are committed to reviewing such instances on a case-by-case basis. We do not want cost to be a deciding factor in bringing Sally’s message to your community and will work with you on ideas and alternative resources. If the honorarium presents a significant hardship for your organization, we ask that you please detail the information on the Speaking Engagement Request Form.

Additional travel expenses covered by the host include:

• Round-trip coach airfare (reservations made by TRP and billed to host)
• Ground transportation (to and from airport/event)
• Hotel accommodations and all travel-related meals and expenses
